Iritty Educational Society started Mahatma Gandhi ITI in the year 1994. The founding of this institution was the first significant achievement of Iritty Educational Society in its pursuit of providing facilities for the proper education for the fulfilment of the development of the youth of the region. This institution is the first of its kind in the locality. In the absence of institutions imparting technical education in the region, MG ITI rendered pioneering service where many students pursue education in the Automobile Engineering and Draughtsman Civil. Well experienced teaching staff members including the Principal are rendering service at MG ITI Under Iritty Educational Society. Those who have completed their training from MGITI are at present employed in India as well as abroad, thereby contributing to individual, social and national development and a social dynamism has come into being on account of the pioneering and valuable service rendered by MGITI.

FEATURED COURSES
We have the following ITI courses.
Civil Draughtsman is dealing with building industry. The course gives a wide knowledge on construction related drawings, Surveying, materials, Concrete Technology, Building Specialization in Construction. One can take gainful Employment with construction Industry, Architectural firms / Designers / PWD etc.
Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV) is a two year training course. The training aims at producing a fully skilled motor vehicle mechanic who can independently undertake all types of repairs of vehicles and motors etc. There is tremendous scope for self employment.
